How we are compensated
Bear Loans Finance is a loan connecting service. Lenders and lending partners in our network compensate us when we transmit borrower requests to them or when a request results in a funded loan. This compensation is how we keep the Service free for borrowers — you never pay us anything to submit a request or to use the calculator, guides, and comparison tools on this site.
What compensation can influence
Compensation may influence which lenders participate in our network and, in some cases, the order in which offers or partners appear. It means the network does not include every lender in the market, and better terms than those presented may be available elsewhere. You should always compare offers from multiple sources before borrowing.
What compensation does not influence
Compensation does not change the educational content on this site. Cost figures trace to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau research or to standard amortization math you can verify on our calculator; comparison pages, including our alternatives guide, describe third-party providers using their own public disclosures and contain no paid placements and no outbound affiliate links; and our reviews page labels its composite ratings as composites. No lender edits, previews, or approves our editorial content.
